Schwarzkopf Professional came to us with a brand awareness problem. A brand that needed to communicate to two distinct sets of audiences to ensure the brand was being understood in its right sense, hair professionals and end customers. The hair professional was the original audience of the brand, when they trusted the brand they would stock our products, and in turn would convince their customers.
Of a seven part campaign conceived, we started with the most basic insight. Did the end customer know how to pronounce our name to identify it when it was suggested to them or to ask for it. We first solved for that. This was followed up by a quick take on the limitless offerings by Schwarzkopf Professional.

A problem I may have never thought of unless I worked on this brand or until all my hair turned grey.
From finding the right head of hair for making the communication super simple for a problem you notice but doubt solutions exist for. The sun plays a bad hand to white hair very often, turning it yellow and giving it orange streaks. Schwarzkopf Professional has a solution for that, called Goodbye Yellow, one that people needed to know about.

Hair styling exists in the same category as makeup and yet you don’t see the general audience picking up a mousse, a dusting powder, a cream, as often as a lipstick or eyeshadow or blush. Schwarzkopf Professional came to us with the need to change this behaviour in favour of audiences opting for styling products on an everyday basis.
